All full time staff members over age 21 are eligible for a generous 401K match program subject to waiting periods. Pace also enrolls staff in our employee stock ownership plan between 1 year and 18 months of service depending upon hire date. To help our staff members manage their funds, Pace further provides an on-site independent financial advisor several times a year.

Pace has a market based approach to all compensation. Our employees that work on the weekends or works during night shifts enjoy shift differentials on top of their base pay.
